Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Discover. Items that are backordered
are not charged until they are shipped.
Sales Tax: 6% sales tax will be
added to all orders placed within Connecticut.
Phone Orders: May
be placed Monday - Friday 10 A.M. - 6 P.M.; Thursday
10 A.M. - 7:30; Saturday 9 A.M. - 5 P.M., and
Sunday 12 Noon - 5 P.M. EST by calling (860)749-4420.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Deliveries are made via UPS. A physical shipping
address is required - no deliveries are made to
PO Boxes. UPS next day or UPS 2nd day is available.
Expedited shipping is only available Monday -
Friday and not on holidays. There is an additional
cost for expedited shipping. Orders must be placed
by noon EST for next day delivery. Orders placed
on holidays and weekends will ship the next shipping
day. Personalized and custom items require additional
processing & shipping time. If you need further

Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may
return it within 30 days of purchase for a full
refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned
in its original packaging and be clean and unused.
Personalized and custom items are non-returnable.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Gift Cards
The perfect gift - it
always fits!! Gift cards can be purchased in a
variety of amounts. Be sure to include your personalized
message. Sorry, gift cards cannot be redeemed
online.
